曾作为编委助手参与编写国内一本英文诊断学教材，参考了国内外各种教材。国外的名字为诊断学教材症状学部分涉及内容比国内少很多，相关的内容放在他们的内科学教材中。与国内诊断学教材比较像的也就Degowin诊断学了，国内有改编教材，体例与我们的诊断学相似。体格检查部分比国内教材详细，与解剖组胚病理的联系多一些，可读性好一些。国内诊断学教材体格检查部分内容少，但都是精华，好好背吧。

国内临五、临八的诊断学教材跟国外比相当于大杂烩，即由症状学+体格检查+实验室检查等主要部分构成，而这些在国外基本都是单独成书的。
